I paid for premium on my device but the app won’t update. What do I do?

We know this is a frustrating situation. We are aware of this challenge and are working with Apple on fixing this issue.

First, try this:

  1. Logout
  2. Close the app from your device
  3. Open the app and login
  4. Navigate to Settings to verify your Premium subscription.

Second, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Education Walkthrough App
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click Buy Premium
  4. Scroll down to “Already purchase a subscription?” and click Restore here
  5. Next, log out, close the app, then open the app and log back in
