How can I whitelist email addresses in my personal or school’s email account?

Whitelisting is allowing emails from a specific source into your email’s inbox. It will prevent your email provider from blocking an email as well as preventing an email from being sent automatically into your junk or spam folders.

The simplest method is adding an email address as a contact. Most of our emails are sent from noreply@educationwalkthrough.com and feedback@educationwalkthrough.com. We also use team@educationwalkthrough.com for support. Please add them as contacts.

If your school is your email provider, you will need to reach out to your school’s IT team directly as each school has its own internal process. This article gets into the details from the IT side, please share this article with your IT Team: What can I do if my teachers are not receiving any emails?
