At Education Walkthrough, we understand that sometimes you may need to revisit a completed walkthrough to add new information or make corrections.
Based on valuable customer feedback, we’ve introduced the ability to unsubmit a walkthrough—returning it to draft status without altering previously sent reports.
This feature is particularly useful when you need to update answer selections, free-form comments, or any general notes after submission.
How to Un-submit

1. Log into your Education Walkthrough account.
2. Navigate to the Walkthroughs page.
3. Find the walkthrough you want to take back into draft status and pull up the expanded view.
4. Locate the blue Unsubmit button towards the bottom. Click Unsubmit.
5. A prompt will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to Unsubmit this walkthrough?” You can add a reason for why you’re un-submitting if needed.
6. Click Unsubmit again to confirm.
A confirmation message will display: “Walkthrough Unsubmitted. Walkthrough has returned to Draft status and can now be edited.”
From here, you can also click “Edit Now” to resume editing the walkthrough. This will take you into the walkthrough where you’ll have the option to pause or resume the timer. Learn more resuming the walkthrough timer by reading our support article on resuming your draft walkthroughs.
It is important to note that all data will be adjusted accordingly, and previously sent reports will remain unchanged.
