Four plans, two ways to pay, one rule that trips people up: a license is one person. Every observer who runs walkthroughs needs their own seat, whether the school buys two or the district buys two hundred. Here is how to pick a plan and buy it.
Pick the plan
- Individual Premium. One observer buying for themselves. Yearly subscription, bought on the web or in the App Store or Google Play.
- School Premium. One building. Licenses for each observer at the school, see Understanding the School Plan.
- District Premium. Two or more schools, with volume pricing as the license count grows, see Understanding the District Plan.
- Region Premium. Co-ops, service centers, and multi-district agencies. Priced per agreement; ask us, and see Understanding the Region Plan.
Not sure which fits? The plan guides walk through each: Understanding the School Plan, Understanding the District Plan, and Understanding the Region Plan. Current prices and the volume ladder are on the pricing page.
Buy on the web
- Sign in and click Buy More Licenses on the Users page (or Upgrade next to your own name).
- Choose Create a New Quote, pick the plan, who the seats are for, how many, and the term. The total updates as you go.
- Pay by card for immediate access, or upload a purchase order and we activate the seats when it is approved. Full steps in How to Get a Quote and Pay by Card or Purchase Order.

Buy in the app
Open Settings in the app and tap the plan you want. Individual Premium checks out on the spot through the App Store or Google Play. For School or District Premium, tap the card and confirm the request; you will get a quote by email within a business day with everything needed to buy: a link to approve it, pay by card, or attach a purchase order. Prefer to do it yourself right now? Sign in on the web and follow the steps above.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Our business office needs a quote before anything.
A: Generate it on the web, then Download Quote or Share quote with a team member. No payment is taken until you choose card or PO.
Q: We need vendor paperwork first.
A: W-9, vendor forms, and DPAs are available on request, see W-9 and Vendor Forms.
Q: I bought in the App Store and the app still says Basic.
A: See I Paid for Premium on My Device.
Q: Can two principals share one license?
A: No. A license is one person. Each observer needs their own, at every plan.
Q: We are on the free trial. Does buying end it?
A: Yes. The first paid license at the school closes the trial and moves everyone with a seat to the paid plan. Trial users get a discount on a one-year purchase, see How to Upgrade Your Account.
