Inviting multiple users to Education Walkthrough is a quick and efficient way to onboard your team. Follow these steps to invite multiple users at once on website or mobile app.
How to Invite Multiple Users
1. Log in to your Education Walkthrough account.
2. Click on the Users tab in your account dashboard.
3. Select the Invite New Users option.
4. From here, enter the work emails of the users you’d like to invite. Each email should be added on a separate line.
5. Click Invite Users to send out the invitations.
After completing these steps, you will see an invite summary. This summary highlights any duplicates or conflicting districts, ensuring your invites are accurate. Invite acceptance emails will also be sent automatically to new users.
Managing Invites
Now that you’ve sent the invite(s) out, you can easily manage user invites via the Pending Users tab. Here you can see the status of an invite.
It will typically read Pending if the user has yet to accept the invite. They will typically have 24 hours to retrieve their invite before another will need to be sent out.
After you’ve sent the invite(s), the user(s) will receive an initial email notification inviting them to claim their account, followed by a reminder email notification before the invite expires.

What happens if I accidentally invite a duplicate user?
If a user already exists in the system, the invite summary will flag them as a duplicate. No new invite will be sent to the duplicate user.
What if a user doesn’t receive their invite email?
Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, you can resend the invite by navigating to the Users section and selecting the resend option for their email.
Can I invite multiple users with different roles (e.g., instructional coaches, administrators, etc.)?
Yes, but roles must be assigned after the users accept their invitations. Bulk invites do not pre-assign roles.
Is there a limit to the number of users I can invite at once?
There is no hard limit, but for optimal performance, we recommend inviting no more than 100 users per bulk invite. If you need to invite more, divide them into smaller batches.
