The Teachers page is designed to streamline the management of teacher profiles and their associated walkthrough data. The updated interface provides comprehensive tools for adding, importing, and managing teachers, ensuring that your teacher roster is organized and easily accessible!
New Features
Add & Import Teachers: Easily add individual teachers or import your entire roster using CSV or ClassLink.
Walkthrough Metrics: View the number of walkthroughs conducted this year and the total walkthroughs per teacher.
Expanded View of Teacher Profiles: Access detailed profiles with recent walkthroughs and comprehensive teacher information. You also have the ability to change a teacher’s school from the expanded view as well.
Advanced Search Filters: Filter teachers by name, walkthrough date, and total walkthroughs completed.
Bulk Actions: Move multiple teachers to another school or archive them as needed.
Show More/Show Less: Toggle the display to show rows 10, 25, or 50 of teacher profiles for easier navigation.
Archive Teachers: Archive teacher profiles to maintain an organized system.
How to Use
Log into your Education Walkthrough account and navigate to the Users tab from the main navigation bar on your dashboard.
Here you can add teachers by clicking ‘Add Teacher’ to input individual teacher details.
To bulk add, select ‘Import Teachers’ and choose your preferred method (CSV file or ClassLink). You can also view more teacher data by clicking on the teacher name to open their detailed profile in an expanded view. Review their walkthrough history and detailed information.
You can easily search through your teacher roster using our new search function and can even use the search filters to narrow down teachers by name, walkthrough date, or total walkthroughs. Lastly, you can select multiple teachers and choose the desired bulk action from the options that are presented (e.g., move to another school, archive).

How do I import teachers using ClassLink?
Select ‘Import Teachers’, choose ClassLink, and follow the on-screen instructions to sync your teacher roster.
Can I add an individual teacher?
Yes, simply click ‘Add Teacher’ and you can add the teacher by first name, last name and email address.
Can I view all walkthroughs for a specific teacher?
Yes! Click on the teacher’s name and in the Expanded View, you can see a short list of their walkthroughs. From here you can click ‘View More’, and a page will open in a new window taking you to the specified teacher’s walkthroughs.
How do I change a teacher’s school?
Click on the teacher’s name that you wish to change to a different school in your district, and in the Expanded View, select “Change Schools” and select the school where this user should be moved.
How do I remove a teacher?
Click on the teacher’s name that you wish to remove, and in the Expanded View, click ‘Remove Teacher’. This action will remove the teacher and all associated data. Click ‘Confirm’ to successfully remove the teacher.
