Managing pending user invitations is now more efficient with Education Walkthrough’s table multi-select functionality. Admins can bulk resend or withdraw invites directly from the Users page. Follow these steps to streamline your user management.
How to Manage Pending User Invitations Using Multi-Select
1. Log into your Education Walkthrough account.
2. On your dashboard, click the Users tab.
3. Go to the Pending Invites tab to see all invitations that haven’t been accepted yet.
You can check the box next to the user(s) whose invite you want to manage. And now, you can select multiple users at once.
Use the bulk action options at the top of the table to either Resend Invites or Withdraw Invites for the selected users.
Currently, this feature is available only on the web.

Can I use multi-select on mobile?
No, the multi-select functionality is only available on the web version of Education Walkthrough at this time.
What happens if I resend an invite?
The selected users will receive a new email invitation with the same access details as their original invite. User invites have an expiration time of 24 hours though so it is a good practice to remind the individual to look out for their invite.
Can I bulk withdraw invitations for multiple users?
Yes, simply check the boxes next to the users and select Withdraw Invites to cancel their pending invitations.
How can I view a list of withdrawn invites?
Currently, withdrawn invites are not stored in a separate list. You can track invite statuses on the Pending Invites tab before withdrawing.
Is there a limit to how many invites I can select at once?
No, you can select as many pending invites as needed for bulk actions.
Will users be notified if their invite is withdrawn?
No, users are not notified when an invitation is withdrawn.
