How to Access the Pie Chart Data Visualization Tool

A customer recommended this to us, so we decided to implement it for you! If you have feedback or other suggestions for the team, please let us know! This helps us create an even better experience for our Education Walkthrough community. makes data analysis simpler and more effective with intuitive visuals and thoughtful insights. Follow the steps below to access and start using the Pie Chart feature today.

Getting Started

Before you begin, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access data within your Education Walkthrough account. Please get in touch with your administrator or our support team if you encounter any access issues.

How to Access Pie Charts

1. Log into your Education Walkthrough Account.

2. If you’re a premium School user, Click on Walkthroughs. If you’re a premium District user, make sure you’ve selected the proper school first, and then click Walkthroughs.

3. Click Analyze Data.

4. From the Date Range drop-down menu, select the date range (ex. Past 6 months)

5. From the Template drop-down menu, select the template (ex. 10-min walkthrough)

6. Click Submit.

7. Switch from the Summary tab to the Results tab. You’ll see the standard Bar Graph visualizations from here, but you can also select Pie Graph. Click Pie Graph.

Our new pie chart visualization tool offers an intuitive and striking way to view your data. These pie charts provide a clear and quick snapshot of your information, eliminating the need to decipher complex data sets.

Are there any other data visualization options?
You can view a Pie Graph or Bar Graph by toggling between options.

Is it still possible to access the raw data?
Yes, you can easily access the raw data for a question by clicking the Raw Data link underneath “Show Comments.”
