Here’s a rundown of the key enhancements.

Redesigned Top Navigation: Enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive navigation experience with a revamped profile dropdown menu. Quickly access your Billing, Timezone Settings, Support, Feature Requests, and Logout options.

Modernized Billing Page: Managing your team’s licenses, quotes, app store purchases, and receipts is easier than ever with the updated Billing page. Easily request quotes, upload purchase orders, and track your school’s spending in one central location.

Sleek Walkthrough Start Page: Initiate walkthroughs with a redesigned “Start Walkthrough” page, featuring a modern and user-friendly interface.

Enhanced Walkthroughs Page: Organize and analyze your walkthrough data with new filtering and search capabilities. Filter by date, teacher, observer, department, template, and status to quickly find the information you need.

Advanced User Management: The Users page now offers robust filtering options, allowing you to search by name, job title, role, and license type.

Streamlined Teacher Management: Easily manage your teacher roster with new filtering options on the Teachers page. Filter by name, walkthrough date ranges, and the number of walkthroughs completed.

Introducing Archiving: Keep Your Data Organized

One of the standout features in this update is our Archiving capability. Now, you can easily archive users, teachers, walkthroughs, and templates to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Here’s how Archiving can benefit you:

Manage Users and Teachers: Archive inactive users and teachers to keep your active roster streamlined.

Organize Walkthroughs: Remove completed or outdated walkthroughs from your active view without losing historical data.

Maintain Templates: Archive old templates that are no longer in use, ensuring that only relevant templates are readily accessible.

Archiving helps you focus on current data while preserving important historical information for future reference!

Streamlined Template Management

Template Descriptions: Add and edit descriptions for your templates, providing valuable context and guidance.

Template Usage Information: Track the effectiveness of your templates by viewing how many times each one has been used.

Important Settings Update

School Year Calendar: To unlock the full potential of the new features, be sure to add your school year calendar in the settings. This allows for accurate tracking of walkthroughs completed within the current school year and enables the archiving feature.

Data Archiving: Archive your walkthrough data at the end of each school year to maintain clean records and enable year-over-year comparisons.
