Enhancing Your Education Walkthrough Experience

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates to the Education Walkthrough website! Our team has been hard at work incorporating your feedback to introduce new features that streamline your teacher evaluation process and make managing those walkthroughs easier! Here’s what’s new:

🔄 New Walkthrough Process

Our walkthrough process on your computer has received a significant design overhaul to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. A new progress bar at the top lets you easily monitor each setup step as you navigate the walkthrough. Before starting the walkthrough, a dedicated confirmation screen lets you review all your choices to ensure accuracy. Additionally, real-time comments are now available via a pop-up at the bottom. Lastly, your walkthrough progress is auto-saved in real-time, ensuring that all your selections and comments are saved as you progress through the form.

🫂 Sharing Teachers Across Schools

We’re excited to introduce a new premium feature that allows you to seamlessly share teachers across multiple schools. Admin users with the appropriate permissions can centrally manage and update teacher rosters across all schools, ensuring consistency and ease of access. This feature fosters better cross-school collaboration by making teachers accessible and coordinated across various institutions.

🥧 New Pie Chart Data Visualization

Our new pie chart visualization tool offers an intuitive and striking way to view your data. These pie charts provide a clear and quick snapshot of your information, eliminating the need to decipher complex data sets.

⊖ Remove / Archive Multi-select Feature

Our new archive feature makes managing your data more efficient. By clicking the orange archive button, you can select multiple users, teachers, walkthroughs, or templates and archive them. Archived items are securely stored and not deleted, ensuring that your data remains accessible for future reference. You can easily find archived users, teachers, walkthroughs, or templates by visiting the archive tab on each page, keeping your workspace organized and clutter-free.

🛜 Enhanced Connectivity & Offline Capabilities

We’ve enhanced connectivity to provide smoother experiences, even on slow networks. New animations indicate slow network conditions and clearly show when the app is offline, informing you about your connection status. Our improved support features allow you to easily report bugs, suggest ideas, or contact our support team directly within the app.
