How to Use

1. Log into your Education Walkthrough account

2. Navigate to the Templates page from the main navigation bar on your dashboard.

Here you can add templates by clicking ‘Add Template’ to create a new template.

You can also view more template data by clicking on the template name to open the template details in an expanded view. With this latest product update you also have the ability to edit the name and description of a template as needed.

Another request we’ve gotten is the ability to view the number of times a template has been used directly from the Templates Page. This information is now directly available from the expanded view. Lastly, you can Change Shared With, Duplicate Template, Download Template, or Delete Template from the expanded view.

You can easily search through templates you’ve created by using our new search function and can even use the search filters to narrow down templates by name. Lastly, you can select multiple templates and choose the desired bulk action from the options that are presented (e.g., Duplicate, Change Shared With, or Remove).
