Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Are filters available on every page in the dashboard?
Yes. The Filters and Search bar are available on the Users, Teachers, Walkthroughs, Templates, and Billing pages. Each page has filter options tailored to the data on that page.

Can I apply multiple filters at the same time?
Yes, you can combine multiple filters to narrow your results. For example, on the Walkthroughs page, you can filter by both Department and Template Name simultaneously to find specific walkthroughs.

How do I search across all schools in my district?
If you are a District Administrator on a premium plan, select All Schools from the School Navigation Menu before using the search or filters. This allows you to search across every school in your district.

Do I need to clear previous filters before applying new ones?
It is a good practice to clear previous filters before starting a new search, so you see the most accurate results. You can remove applied filters by clicking on the filter chip or resetting the filter options.

Does the search bar find partial matches?
Yes, the Search bar returns results as you type. For example, entering “Ben” will bring up any teachers, users, or items matching that text, such as “Benjamin.”
