FAQs

Can I edit a template’s name and description after using it for walkthroughs?

No, editing the template name or description will not affect the data collected from previous walkthroughs. The changes only apply to the template’s metadata and how it appears in your dashboard for future use.

I don’t see the Edit option when clicking on a template. What should I do?
The ability to edit a template’s name and description is available to the user who owns the template, or a user with the appropriate administrative permissions. If you don’t see the Edit option, please check with your district administrator to ensure you have the necessary permissions. If you believe you should have access, contact our support team for further assistance.
